To provide the service: finding and qualifying opportunities, generating briefs, statements and proposal content, and sending the alerts you set up.

To support your account, respond to inquiries and keep the service secure.

AI processing

Some features send relevant content, such as solicitation text and your company records, to AI service providers to generate outputs. This content is used to deliver the feature you requested.

Sharing

Information in your workspace is visible to its members according to their roles. For White Glove engagements, assigned EBA advisors can access the client workspace, and their actions are logged.

We use service providers for hosting, email, payments and AI processing, under obligations to protect your information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Each company's workspace is kept separate, and stored credentials such as your own SAM.gov key are encrypted. We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal or business purposes.

Your choices

You can update your profile and company information in the app, manage email alerts, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us through the Talk to an EBA Expert page.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
