The service

PursuitOne helps companies find, qualify and pursue contracts and grants, and prepare proposal materials. Features depend on your plan: Capture Pro, Proposal Studio, or a White Glove engagement with its own service agreement.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, for the accuracy of anything you submit to a government agency or funder, and for signing, certifying and releasing your own submissions.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights.

AI-generated content

Briefs, scores, statements and drafts are generated with AI and may contain errors. They are aids to your team's judgment, not legal, financial or compliance advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and the outputs created for you. You give us permission to process it to operate the service.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees, trial terms and plan limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. White Glove fees are set in each engagement's agreement.

Third-party sources

Opportunity and award information comes from public and third-party sources such as SAM.gov and Grants.gov, which may be incomplete or delayed. PursuitOne is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that any opportunity will be awarded to you. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
